From the planning process to the journey home, we are on hand to ensure the entire experience feels effortlessly smooth and professionally protected. We check in with our guests daily and are on hand to make up-to-the-minute room drops, upgrades, dining reservations, or Plan B backup activities in case you are treated to some classic Irish weather.

We offer Platinum Services at Dublin Airport which include meet-and-greet upon touchdown, fast-track through security and access to private suites.

We are delighted to be able to source local, handmade products that draw inspiration from Ireland’s natural beauty and centuries old traditions. We strictly work with environmentally conscious suppliers who create authentic and bespoke products. Every guest leaves an Odin escape wanting to stay, so we ensure you are able to bring home a little bit of magic, whether it’s to be shared with loved ones, or kept for yourself. For specialised gifts, we’ll organise in-room drop offs, or shipping back home; depending on size and time to create.
